Records Division

The Records Division is located on the 2nd floor of the Wagoner County courthouse. You can obtain a copy of an incident report Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Proof of ID must be presented at time of records request. There may be a fee associated with your request.

Fee Schedule

• PUBLIC INCIDENT REPORTS – $0.25/ (per page)
• DOCUMENT REVIEW & REDACTIONS – $20.00/HR
• VIDEO REVIEW & REDACTION – $30.00/HR
• EXTERNAL THUMB DRIVE – $10.00/EA
• COURT DOCUMENTS (SIGNATURES AND PAPER DELIVERY) – BY APPROVAL ONLY

VICTIMS 1ST COPY OF REPORT IS FREE WITH STATE ISSUED ID
