Patrol Division

The Patrol Division is the first line of defense for the citizens of Wagoner County. The fundamental duty of a Deputy is to serve the community, to safeguard lives and property and to respect the constitutional rights of all to liberty, equality, and justice.

Wagoner County Sheriff's Office has 24 deputies assigned to the Patrol Division. When fully staffed there are 6 deputies patrolling Wagoner County during each 12-hour shift.
