Deputies arrest 2 drivers in 2 weeks using Flock ALPR Camera’s
On 9/25/23 at approximately 1600 hours, Deputy W. Farmer was dispatched to the area of Rock Point Area to search for a possible stolen vehicle. Wagoner County E-911 had received a Flock ALPR notification of a stolen vehicle in the area. Assistance was requested from the Wagoner Police Department.
Upon arriving in the area Deputy Farmer located the stolen vehicle traveling westbound on East 690 Road. The Wagoner Police were able to confirm the vehicle stolen and a vehicle stop was conducted. The driver of the vehicle identified as Gina Vermillion of Locust Grove, OK was taken into custody without incident. Upon searching the vehicle, officers and deputies discovered narcotics and paraphernalia in the stolen vehicle. The arrestee was transferred for prosecution to Muscogee Creek Nation due to tribal status.
