Wagoner County Sheriff Chris Elliott would like to commend the citizens of Wagoner County who took time out of their day to make their voices heard at the polls. Yesterday, many Wagoner County citizens cast their ballots in local and federal elections.

Voters like you recognized that voting is your chance to stand up for what matters most. We know our citizens feel strongly about issues that affect them and their communities. Additionally, our gratitude goes out to our poll workers and volunteers that ensured Election Day activities ran smoothly at our Wagoner County Polling Locations.

Regardless of what your position was on the issues, we are blessed that we live in a free country where we are free to vote. The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office will always defend your freedom and your constitutional rights that the Founding Fathers drafted two hundred plus years ago. We will continue to protect our citizens exactly as the Founding Fathers intended.

The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office thanks you for being active participants in our government! If you made the choice and voted through absentee ballot or in-person, we thank you for refusing to remain silent and taking a stand on the issues that impact you, your family, and your future.
